We are pleased to have the opportunity to serve you and your loved ones.

It is our goal to provide professional, solution-based, and thoughtful services to the Triad community and the state of North Carolina.  We hope to truly partner with you in hopes of improving your quality of life as YOU define it. No goal is too lofty, no dream is unimaginable.  We understand in order to achieve their realization that often we must mediate issues of our past in order to enjoy a bright future. We are here to do exactly that!

We believe in affirming you, your identity, your faith tradition, your truths, and your choices. Again, this is your journey, and we recognize that you are inviting us to be a part of it. We take that very seriously.  We will always respect your rights and your dignity in every instance.

We promise also to be as creative as possible in tailoring this experience to your needs. There is no “one size fits all” to therapy. Though we will chart a treatment modality, we take into consideration that life happens, situations are fluid, and our moods can certainly change based on what each day brings.  It is our hope that this process, though painful at times, ultimately brings you the peace and joy that may currently be alluding you.

My goal as a therapist is to come alongside you and help you to reframe what has happened, make sense of it, and positively redefine yourself while on your life’s journey moving decidedly forward. I believe that healing and wholeness is not only achievable, but within your grasp. My mantra is “it is my destiny to refute the notion of impossibility”.  I desire to see you become the best version of yourself. You define what that looks like in a safe and transparent therapeutic setting.

“I struggled for months to get help for my son. I literally got the runaround from everyone. I was so tired and frustrated. Thank you Dr. Lewis for your professionalism and concern. You got done in two days what we couldn’t get done in nine months.” – M. Hill

“I have never had someone pour into my life the way you have Dr. Lewis. I have known my priest for over 18 years, and developed a friendship with him, but he has never spoken life into me, in fact no one has, the way that you do. I wish you all of the peace and joy 100 fold that I have received working with you.” – T. Naarah
